- Make sure the battery has charge and/or connect the charger whilst doing this.
- Hold the “on/off button” and the “home button” at the same time, for at least 30 seconds, until you see life in the phone.

Charging Issues
Most times customers just have some lint build up inside the charge port. Get some slim tweezers and insert into the charge port, push all the lint to one side and pick it out from the side.
