Our repair service has simple steps to follow.
You can choose any options below:

1. Doorstep/Courier Booking .

Customer books a repair service and select a date and time slot for a technician visit and a technician will be at your doorstep to repair your device in front of you. If the damage is severe, the technician will take it to our service center and return your device as soon as possible.

2. In-store Booking.

We know how important your time is, here ,you make an in store booking so that you won’t be in a queue waiting in the shop. Arrangements are made for your your device repair before you make a visit to the shop. You only have to let us know you have made  book.

Most of the repairs are completed within 1 hour when required replacement parts are available. When parts are unavailable, then turnaround time is between 8 and 24 hours.

It depends upon the make and models of the device but they start from about 30.00

We are that confident in the quality of our genuine/original parts that we give a 60 days warranty. The warranty relates to the work we performed and not any other unrelated fault that may be develop within the 60 days period following the original repair.

Payment is made after your repair is completed via mobile money or cash. You have to stick to your invoice or receipt properly. Remember you only made a commitment fee if the repair option is doorstep or courier repair, which is 15% of the total amount charged.
