infinix randomly turned off / or does not display image
Almost everyday we get an infinix that for some reason has just suddenly turned off and will not turn back on. To save you the trouble of making the trip into our store here is a quick fix and I hope it works for
you:
- Make sure the battery has charge and/or connect the charger whilst doing this.
- Hold the “on/off button” and the “volume down” at the same time, for at least 30 seconds, until you see life in the phone.
- If unsuccessful please contact us for more advice.
Charging Issues
Most times customers just have some lint build up inside the charge port. Get some slim tweezers and insert into the charge port, push all the lint to one side and pick it out from the side.
