- Courier Booking(View prices upfront and book repair online. Relax while our executives pick the device from your place.Get a 10 point quality check report on your mail while your device is repaired. Receive the device at your place and pay.
- In Store Booking.(Walk-in to your nearest smart Kiosk and handover the device to our executive.Your device will get repaired from nearest Sotel store.Check your device & pay by Cash / mobile money.

Most of the repairs are completed within 1 hour. When replacement parts are available, Most repair are done within some few minutes. When parts are unavailable, we usually order for replacement part of your device and the turnaround time is between 12 and 24 hours.
It depends upon the make and models of the device but they start from about 70.00 . Screen prices varies from the type of fault and type of phone. Note all our screens are original hence 30 days and 60 days extended warranty.
It depends upon the repairs you need and the make and model of the device. We may charge for labour depending on the age of repair. 60 days warranty is in conjunction with our terms and conditions.
Not much! You can get your back glass replaced at a reasonable price. For iPhones, it starts from just 100. Also, for only 20 you can get nice phone cover for your phone.
We are that confident in the quality of our genuine/original parts that we give a 60 days warranty. Note there are terms and conditions applied on warranty.
